CharitableAnnuity.com is committed to maintaining your confidence
and trust, and accordingly maintains the following privacy
policy to protect personal information you provide online.
Basic Privacy Policy
It is CharitableAnnuity.com's policy that personal information,
such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone
number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal
information you provide is stored in a secure location, is
accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for
the purposes for which you provide the information (such as
to reply to, fulfill and follow up on your request). For example,
when you request a free PIF planning guide, the personal information
you provide will be used to process your request. If you indicate
on our site that you would like to receive our free CA information
your personal information will be added to our database. We
will use the information to process your request and follow
up with you regarding the materials you requested from us.
If at any time you change your mind and would like to remove
your information from our database, or correct your personal
information, please send an e-mail to tom.harding@raymondjames.com
with the word "REMOVE" in the subject line.
No Release of Information to Third Parties
Personal information will not be released to third parties
except to further the purpose for which you provide the information,
such as fulfilling your request for free information, or if
release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or
governmental investigations or proceedings. We do reserve
the right to sell that would include our database of names
and information from those organizations and individuals that
have submitted their information voluntarily to us using the
forms provided at various locations within the web site.
No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information
Other than the information provided to us voluntarily from
our online forms, our computer is not set up to track, collect
or distribute personal information about its visitors. It
does recognize the home server of visitors, but not e-mail
addresses. For example, we can tell which Internet Service
Provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses or
other information about our visitors that would allow us to
identify the particular visitors to our sites. This information
is used only for internal purposes only. Our computer also
recognizes the site where a visitor "clicked-to-link" and
enter our site, but we cannot identify the visitor or the
visitor's address.
Personal Information Collected
Other than the information provided to us voluntarily from
our online forms, our web site tracks information about the
visits to our web site. For example, we compile statistics
that show the daily number of visitors to our site, the daily
requests we receive for particular files on our web site,
and what countries those requests come from. These aggregated
statistics are used internally to better provide services
to the public and may also be provided to others, but again,
the statistics contain no personal information and cannot
be used to gather such information.
Right to Sell
CharitableAnnuity.com and specifically its owner Thomas E.
Harding reserve the right to sell the web site and all related
materials without notice. We reserve the right to sell all
aspects of the site, its contents, URL, database of information
collected from submitted requests, etc.
